The Challenge
The bathroom supply business is ultra-competitive, which is why Australian brand MyHomeWare asked us to help them beat their competitors, acquire brand new customers and help them retain their existing clientbase – all with the goal to greatly increase sales and profits for their business.
The Solution
After talking and planning with MyHomeWare, we decided to utilise a three-pronged approach to help them reach their goals: a brand new eCommerce website, social media ads and automated email campaigns.
The foundation for any good eCommerce business is a well-designed, functional website. Our web designers rehauled their existing website to improve site architecture and user experience, employing effective use of white space, updated images and copy, and a smoother shopping experience.
Once a new website was in place, we took to social media to promote MyHomeWare’s range of products and service, using custom ads and targeting to attract new audiences.
We also implemented a new email marketing strategy for the business, creating automations such as abandon cart emails to help nurture and retain existing customers; as well as to deliver special promotions and deals to their entire audience.
