Sugales is a company specialising in health supplements made to improve your health and wellbeing. They initially engaged with us to develop a full functioning eCommerce website, but then also asked us to help them build a social media presence and manage their organic Instagram profile.
Our work with Sugales began with laying the groundwork for a visually compelling, informative and functional website. This included multiple planning sessions with our client and the development of wireframes to help both teams visualise the final state of the website.
Our graphic designers and writers then jumped in to fill out the wireframe with meaningful content, with a focus on strong information flow, smooth UX, and customer conversion. Afterwards, like Sugales’ health supplements, our programmers finalised the website’s back end to ensure a healthy website from the inside out.
With a strong, effective website in hand, we turned our focus to Sugales’ social media marketing strategy. The goal was to increase brand awareness and recognition, an important objective for a relatively new business like Sugales.
Our social media team took control of their Instagram account, creating visually appealing content that remained true to the Sugales brand. We also managed their captions, hashtag strategy and weekly postings to create a profile that naturally fostered impressions, reach and engagement for Sugales.
